About Me

I’m Erica, and I’m in a season of pivoting from a long corporate career into something more personal, intentional, and enduring – sharing any wisdom I’ve gathered around creating a meaningful home and creating a legacy for my children and anyone else who may find themselves here. Throughout my career, I have also always been a mom, learning how to hold work, family, growth, and change at the same time. That journey has taught me that “home” is not just a physical space, but something we build with intention through care, connection, and the everyday choices we make about how we live and show up for one another.

Now I’m gathering the recipes I actually cook, the traditions we’ve shaped, the stories and lessons learned, and the moments I’m still figuring out as I go. I’m curious by nature and always exploring what it means to create a home and a life with reflection, courage, and heart. This space is part journal, part love letter, and part guide you can return to when the timing feels right. Take what serves you, and make it your own

Why I’m Writing to Charli

Although this space is a legacy for all of my children, the letters are written to Charli because every story needs a voice to speak to, and Charli is the one who inspired me to begin capturing these reflections in this season of life. Writing to one child helps me tell the truth more clearly – about what I’ve learned, what I’m still figuring out, and what I hope you carry with you as you build your own life. Even so, these words are meant for each of you, and for anyone who finds something here that feels familiar or helpful. Take what serves you, in your own time.
